Farm & Flavor

We only source our coffee directly from our family farms where Co-Founder & Co-Owner Elmer Fajardo Pacheco grew up cultivating coffee. Elmer’s village, Aldea Valle de Jesús, is located in the mountain tops in the remote Maya Ch’orti’ region of southeastern Chiquimula, Guatemala along the southwestern border of Ocotepeque, Honduras.
